• In the 90s Connector mounting on POF and PCF (Simplex- and Duplex cable, various connector types and handling methods)
• Design and fabrication of a connector mounting tool for POF (HotPlate);
  Distribution by "Leoni" (http://www.leoni.com)
• Design and fabrication of a POF attenuation meter
• Design and fabrication of various interface converters,
  e.g. RS232 (with self powered option), RS485 for POF
• Design and fabrication of multiplexers for the transmission over PCF fibers
• Test runs to increase the bit-rate and achievable distances for data transmission via POF as part of our input for the “POF-ALL” project (see www.ist-pof-all.org. for details)
